TheVaultPDF is a digital-only store. We sell downloadable PDF products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, the following policy applies to all customers worldwide, including those in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

All sales are final

All sales are final once a file has been accessed or downloaded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is a digital download and you consent to immediate delivery.

EU right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing your file, you expressly waive this right of withdrawal, in line with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

US, UK, Canada & Australia

Digital goods may be subject to different consumer protections under your local laws. We always aim to resolve any issue fairly — if something has gone wrong, please reach out.

When we may issue a refund

• Duplicate purchase of the same product.
• Technical delivery failure where the file could not be accessed or downloaded.
